Start with focused project records in PDF, TXT or DOCX within the file, page, extracted-text and project-source limits. Full plan sets and unrestricted specification packages are not supported. Processing is pooled across your company and subject to fair use; unlimited internal users does not mean unlimited processing. The plans include project questions and source inspection, Actions and My Work, Company Library and Company Brain, and controlled SOP workflows. Company roles and project access govern what each person can use. Company administration or billing authority does not automatically grant access to project data. An authorized Company Owner controls SOP activation.

Yes. Choose a plan, sign in with Microsoft, then create or join the right company and review billing before secure checkout. The selected plan and interval carry into the account path. Team members need the appropriate company and project access before working with project records.

You and your licensors retain rights in your customer content. Peeler processes it to provide and support Jovra and does not use it to train general-purpose AI models. Service providers, including Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, may process content to deliver the service; Stripe processes payments. Retention, security, provider and deletion details are governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You use the Jovra web application through Microsoft sign-in. A ChatGPT subscription is not included in your Jovra subscription. Optional third-party integrations have separate account, plan and availability requirements; they are not required for the Jovra web workflow.

Cancel renewal through an available billing cancellation control or email Kamran from an authorized billing contact before renewal. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically delete records. Authorized project export and export-first offboarding are subject to access, integrity and hold requirements. Offboarding includes a 30-day grace period and required confirmations. Company Library and Company Brain are outside the project export. Review the full cancellation and export terms.

Start with supported records exported from the tools you already use. Jovra helps you investigate those records and track follow-up work. Do not assume a live connector, automatic synchronization or a write-back integration is included; discuss your specific workflow.

Before committing to an internal build, have your AI engineer or technology team evaluate what Jovra already supports: project records, saved company guidance, source-backed answers, Actions and controlled SOP revisions. Compare those capabilities, permissions and document limits with your requirements. Your team can assess the fit and decide what still needs a separate solution.
