The construction problem
A busy project needs a clear next step.
You may need to review a revised drawing, investigate an open question and check a concrete quantity in the same afternoon. Finding the right place to begin should not become another task.
How the work moves forward01
Find the right starting point
Atlas matches a task or short work list to available Jovra capabilities. It explains what each workflow can help with, its prerequisites and its limits, then opens the existing destination. The available choices follow your current company or project context.
02
Keep useful shortcuts nearby
Quick Actions bring supported workflows into Ask. Pin useful questions and actions for the current context. Your saved shortcuts stay in that browser; source-derived question pins last while the Ask view remains open.
03
Begin with documents that are ready
For a project getting started, Jovra shows document readiness and offers relevant question starters from Ready documents. Selecting a starter prepares an editable question. You review it and choose when to send.
04
Prepare an RFI draft for review
Use Contextual RFI preparation from an eligible saved project discussion to carry the discussion and available references into an editable proposal. Review the wording and references before any further step. Preparing a draft does not issue an RFI or send correspondence.
Sources, permissions & review details
Atlas provides workflow guidance. It does not answer the project question, read the evidence for you or perform the suggested work.
Shortcuts do not grant permissions. Availability still follows company authority, explicit project access and the requirements of the chosen workflow.
Starters remain editable and require your submission. An occupied draft has explicit keep, replace and restore choices.
RFI preparation is a review draft, not an approved instruction, issued RFI or automatic message. AI-generated RFI authoring is not part of this released workflow.
