Use the PM Takeover or Project Continuity starting questions in Ask Jovra. Review the question, then investigate what changed, which risks need attention and what work remains open. Inspect supporting sources and keep unresolved questions visible.
Return to the project to review its records, follow outstanding work and ask the next question. Confirm responsibilities with the people accountable for the job. When you need to share one saved answer, a Source-Backed Brief keeps its wording, qualifications and references together.
For external communication or documentation, prepare a Source-Backed Brief from a saved project answer in the authenticated application. It keeps that answer’s wording, qualifications and supporting references together. Copy it with references, or print / save as PDF through your browser.
A brief is a saved-answer snapshot. It does not refresh the answer or revalidate its sources, and is not approved project direction or a complete verified project export.
