The construction problem

Company knowledge should be easier to find and apply.

The office may have a turnover checklist, a preferred review approach and a procedure revised after lessons from the field. Keeping those materials together helps people find the relevant guidance without treating every note as approved policy.

How the work moves forward
01

Keep the source in Company Library

Add supported company documents, check readiness and inspect the saved source. Give authorized people a place to find the checklist or reference behind the work.

02

Ask about your company’s saved sources

In Company / General, use Company Ask to investigate Ready Company Library sources and company guidance. Open cited sources to check the wording. Your conversation stays private to you within that company; chatting does not publish policy or change Company Brain.

03

Maintain working guidance deliberately

Company Brain holds company context, working practices and review preferences. Keep the priorities that matter to your company available without expecting a project conversation or a new upload to become lasting guidance automatically.

04

Keep company guidance separate from project truth

A company preference can focus a review. A claim about a particular project still needs project evidence. Company documents, project records and their permissions keep distinct roles.

05

Give internal work a place to continue

Company Initiatives keep non-sensitive internal work together: an objective, participants, linked company sources and actions. Use one for work such as improving a turnover checklist, so the company can return to the recorded context.

Sources, permissions & review details
  • Company Brain guidance cannot override project evidence, authorization or controlling project requirements.
  • Ready is a processing state, not approval. General guidance and conversation context are distinct from documentary evidence; inspect the cited source before relying on a company-document answer.
  • Company Initiatives are company-visible internal work, not private chats or a place for sensitive personnel, banking or legal records. They do not automatically create reminders or roll out policy.
  • Library processing and company guidance do not register or activate an SOP. Policy changes follow the separate review and governance workflow.
  • Company membership, the relevant role and explicit project access govern availability. Company administration or billing authority does not automatically grant project-data access.
  • Supported file and processing limits apply. Company Library and Company Brain are outside the project export.
